CSGo Case and Other Updates

On October 18th the most recent update to CS:GO was released. This update introduced the new CS20 case, it added the New Cache to scrimmage mode and added a new sticker capsule.  This update commemorated the 20th anniversary of Counter-Strike franchise that began in 1999. This new case contained 17 new skins for guns and a new type of knife that resembles the classic style knife from Counter-Strike 1.6 and counter-strike source.  The other big part of this update was that it added the long awaited “New Cache” map into the scrimmage gamemode. This map has been hyped up for around 6-8 months now. The “New Cache” is a remake of a map based on a Soviet warehouse just outside of Chernobyl. The Lie Spread Among Gamers

For the past few months, the media has been insisting that video games cause violence. The media supports this by stating that before violent video games, international casualties were not nearly as high. There is no or close to no evidence to prove that video games cause violence. “The public doesn’t always blame crime on video games — but they are eight times more likely to do so when the perpetrator of a crime is white,” according to the website Ivory. How To Throw A Curveball

Most of us know the pitch “curveball” in baseball. But, how does it work? Why does it actually curve the way it does? First of all, it depends on the arm the pitch is thrown with. If it is thrown with the left arm, it will move towards a right-handed batter, away from a left-handed batter. If it is thrown with the right hand, it will move towards a left-handed batter, and away from a right-handed batter. The spin determines why a curveball moves though.  As it travels through the air, the spin makes the ball disturb the air around it. The spin causes air on one side of the ball to move faster than the other, resulting in uneven pressure on the ball, making it curve. “Sea of Thieves” Immersion

Spoiler Warning! The game “Sea of Thieves” has been out since March 20, 2018 and there have been many updates since then. Sea of Thieves is an action/adventure type game about pirates.You start the game by choosing what character you want. After that, you choose the ship you want to sail. There is the “Sloop” which is the smallest and the fastest, and you can have a maximum of two players on it. There is also the “Brigantine” which is in between, and is the second biggest and the second fastest. There is a maximum of three players on it. The best and final ship is the “Galleon.” It is the biggest and the slowest, and has a maximum capacity of four players, and requires great teamwork to control.
