Tortellini is delicious with creamy alfredo sauce, pesto, or just about anything. It is usually stuffed with ricotta cheese. It comes in many colors including red and green. Often, it is baked in the oven.

Ziti is usually baked in the oven and smothered with layers of sauce and cheese. Like penne, it is hollow, but it is slightly curved and has no lines engraved upon it.
